- The first step is to download and install Motorola Drivers on your Windows PC: 64-bit / 32-bit.
- Download MotorolaOneClickRoot_psouza4 from here on your desktop and extract it using a suitable software.
- Now perform this step on your Droid 3, Go to main menu > Settings >Applications > Development and > check the option for USB debugging.
- Plug in your phone to computer in “Charge Only” mode.
