Ace-i-Sure is a custom rom based off the Samsung Galaxy Ace's firmware (atleast that's what I am aware of) ported bytom411 from xda-developers forums. This rom is not themed to look like an advanced TouchWiz version themed rom, neither does it represent a ICS/Jelly Bean look but rather something quite unique.
Please note that this is not based off Galaxy Y's official firmware but from another phone so you may experience some problems now here and then. If so, you may post your problems here as a comment or better yet, if you have an xda-developers forums account you can notify tom411 about the issue so that it will be fixed in the future releases.

Download: Alpha 3
Instructions:
1. Download the zip file to your sdcard
2. Boot into Recovery mode by holding the Volume up + Home + Power buttons at the same time
3. Choose apply update from sdcard
4. Choose the rom zip file
5. You will be taken to the AROMA installer which supports touch, from there follow the instructions and you shouldinstall it succesfully.
